Meet the Team, a brief intoduction to the coffee roasters

The Roasters I have the unique experience here at B&W to have the ability to work with four different roasters, all very different in operation, varying by load size, yet still very similar at the same time. All are natural gas fired drum roasters, and all are air cooled. My biggest roaster is a Toper TKM120, a good sized Hungarian machine that is capable of roasting up to 265 pounds of green coffee at a time. That may seem like a lot of coffee, but they also make units that are 3 times as big. ...more
